Welcome to Finals Week

It's finals week across the country and this is the time when most students, especially those in their first year of college, begin to stress. Students experience high levels of stress during this time because teachers and professors focus on how doing well on your finals is so important. And trust me I'm not saying it isn't but if you prepare the right way you won't feel as overwhelmed when the week nears. What students need to know is that this time doesn't have to be so stressful. Anxiety doesn't have to become overwhelming and there are some tips I've found out there that have helped me! My first and most important tip is to plan ahead! Don't start studying the night before the big exam....if you do a little studying over the entire semester I promise it will make your life that much easier!
